RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns worldwide within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Sale items are final sale. Socks cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
CANADA
Free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. A prepaid return shipping label is provided.
UNITED STATES & ASIA
Free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery when Checkout+ is included with your order. Add Checkout+ at checkout to receive a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost. Without Checkout+, we still accept returns within 30 days, but you pay for the return shipping label to Canada.
REST OF WORLD
We're working on bringing free returns to more countries. For now, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, but free returns are not available. You arrange and pay for the return shipping label to our warehouse in Canada. We recommend a tracked service, as we can only refund items that reach us.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Free exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery for Canadian orders, and for orders from the United States and Asia that include Checkout+. Start your return or exchange at innerselfrunning.com/returns. For other orders, return the item for a refund and place a new order; return shipping to Canada is paid by you.
