Shipping & Delivery
When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

How long does delivery take?

Canada and USA: 3–5 business days.

Europe and Asia: 3–8 business days depending on destination.

North America (other), South America, Rest of World: 5–8 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we have free shipping everywhere in the world:
Canada and USA: free on orders $150 and over.
Europe: free on orders €150 and over.
Asia: free on orders $150 USD and over.
North America (other) and South America: free on orders $200 and over.
Rest of World: free on orders $150 and over.

Are duties and taxes included?

For all international orders — USA, Europe, Asia, and everywhere else — yes. All duties, taxes, and VAT are included in the price at checkout. What you see is what you pay, nothing extra on delivery.

For Canada: no duties apply — it's a domestic order. Standard Canadian taxes are calculated at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Can I track my order?

Yes. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received it within 3 business days, check your spam folder or contact info@innerselfrunning.com.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Socks cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Sale items are final sale.

Canadian orders only. We do not currently accept returns on USA or international orders.

How do I mail back an online return?

Go to innerselfrunning.com/returns and follow the steps. A prepaid return label will be provided. If you need help, email info@innerselfrunning.com with your order number.

Who pays for return shipping?

Returns are free for Canadian orders. A prepaid label is provided.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item. Original shipping fees are not refunded.

Do you offer exchanges?

Exchanges are accepted for Canadian orders only.

USA and international exchanges are not available at this time.

Can I return a sale item?

No. Sale items are final sale.

I received a damaged or incorrect item. What do I do?

Contact info@innerselfrunning.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo. We'll sort it out — replacement or full refund, with return shipping covered by us.

Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of being placed. After that, we cannot guarantee changes. Contact info@innerselfrunning.com as soon as possible.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What do I do?

Contact info@innerselfrunning.com immediately with your order number. If your order hasn't shipped, we'll update it. Once shipped, we cannot redirect the package.

My discount code isn't working. What should I do?

Check the expiry date and eligibility conditions. Discount codes cannot be applied to sale items or combined with other offers. Still having trouble — email info@innerselfrunning.com.

Products & Sizing
How do I find the right size?

Each product page includes a size guide. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up. For specific fit questions, email info@innerselfrunning.com with the product name.

Are your products available in stores?

INNER SELF is available online at innerselfrunning.com and at select stores. See our stockists here.

Will a sold-out product be restocked?

Some products are restocked, others are not. Sign up for restock notifications on the product page to be notified.

How do I care for my INNER SELF gear?

Care instructions are on the garment label. For merino products: machine wash cold, gentle cycle, lay flat to dry. Avoid fabric softener and the dryer.

Do I need an account to order?

No. You can check out as a guest. An account lets you track orders and access your order history.
