Return / Exchange Policy
RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Sale items are final sale. Socks cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
How to return
Start your return at innerselfrunning.com/returns. A prepaid return label will be provided.
CANADA
Returns and exchanges accepted within 30 days of delivery. Returns are free — a prepaid label will be provided.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
UNITED STATES & INTERNATIONAL
We do not currently accept returns or exchanges on USA and international orders. We are working on it, check back soon.

EXCHANGES
Exchanges are accepted for Canadian orders only. To exchange a product, start your return at innerselfrunning.com/returns and place a new order.
USA and international exchanges are not available at this time.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at info@innerselfrunning.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
