Return / Exchange Policy
RETURNS
We accept returns worldwide within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Sale items are final sale. Socks cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

CANADA & UNITED STATES
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. Returns are free. A prepaid return label is provided.
REST OF WORLD
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping back to our warehouse in Canada is arranged and paid by you; a prepaid label is not provided. We recommend a tracked service, as we can only refund items that reach us.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES
Exchanges are accepted for Canadian orders only. To exchange a product, start your return at innerselfrunning.com/returns and place a new order.
For orders outside Canada, return the item for a refund and place a new order.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at info@innerselfrunning.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
