Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from INNER SELF. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a store credit or exchange. To initiate a return, fill out the form here to obtain a return authorization.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Any items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for return. All international orders (outside of Canada) are final sale.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please fill out our return form at innerselfrunning.com/returns and provide a reason for the return. We strive to make this process as smooth as possible.
Return Shipping
We cover the cost of return shipping and will provide you with a prepaid return label.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued by store credit after we receive your returned item. Please note that we do not refund shipping fees.
Non-Refundable Items
Please note that items that do not meet the conditions for returns, such as used products or items not in their original packaging, may not be eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Otherwise, you can also ask for an exchange. Please note that the requested exchange item won't be deducted from our inventory until we receive your package. So if the item sells out in between, you won't receive the item you requested. We will then issue a store credit instead.
